Mark is the lead carpenter at Signature Homes and is responsible for much of the finish work. He’s incredibly detail oriented and lives by the words “do it right the first time.” He has a true passion for working with wood, especially cedar and walnut. While he crafts everything under the sun, he especially enjoys cedar chests and cutting boards. His favorite room in his house is his bathroom, because he remodeled it using refurbished materials and heirlooms from his old family farm. When he’s not at work, Mark can be found gardening and growing all kinds of foods. He likes to give away his produce to whoever is interested. Mark is married to his wife of over 30 years, Stacy, and has two daughters, a son and five wonderful grandchildren. He’s been in the construction business for 40 years, and says if given the chance to live his life over again, he wouldn't change a thing.
