Nathan joined the Signature Homes as our Rental Property Manager in 2016. He spent the beginning of his career in insurance, cultivating significant connections with law enforcement personnel, state agencies, contractors, repair facilities and more. It’s this background in relationship building and customer service that adds value to the custom home building process at Signature Homes. Nathan finds the most satisfaction by using his time and resources to help others. One of his favorite quotes is from Winston Churchill: “We make a living by what we get; we make a life by what we give.” Nathan is married to his highschool sweetheart, Sarah, and they have three children: Shay, Taylor and Alyx. Their family stays busy in a variety of sports, and Nathan also coaches for his local 7th and 8th grade football program.
