Scott Schaeperkoetter, owner of Signature Homes, was born and raised in Owensville, MO. He credits his work ethic to growing up in a family with strong morals. Because of the many influential people including his parents, siblings and coaches, Scott learned the importance of dreaming big and working hard to achieve the goals you set for yourself. Energized by completing tasks, he enjoys the reward of stepping back to admire a finished home. After graduating from Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri, Scott moved to Jefferson City, where he continues to live with his beautiful wife, Bobbie, and two sons, Brayden and Gavin. On the occasion he steps away from work, he can be found watching sports in his media room or mowing his lawn.
